Work
Six complete sites we designed and built. All six are dental practices, which is where most of our work has been so far. The method behind them is not specific to dentistry.
These screenshots are anonymised. Names, providers, phone numbers and addresses are replaced with placeholders, logos are blurred, and photographs of real premises are swapped for generic equivalents. The layouts, the typography and the copy are the builds as they stand.
Solo general practice New Jersey
A single dentist in a rural county where the nearest alternative is a long drive, which makes emergency availability worth putting first. The emergency number sits above everything else, the review score is visible without scrolling, and the appointment request repeats in the header on every page.
Family practice Kansas
Insurance is the first question most family patients have and the most common reason they leave a site without calling. The insurance checker is placed directly under the hero instead of inside a patient resources menu, and online forms and scheduling are pinned to the header.
Endodontic specialist Rhode Island
A referral-led specialist has two audiences arriving at the same page. Patients come in frightened and scanning for the words root canal; referring dentists come in checking credentials and how easy it is to send someone over. The treatment panel serves the first, the referral line in the header serves the second.
Multi-dentist group Queens, New York
Dense neighborhood, a lot of walk-in traffic and several dentists sharing one listing. The address and phone number run across the top bar of every page, and the neighborhood name is in the headline itself, because that is the phrase people actually type.
Cosmetic and ozone dentistry New Jersey
Elective work at a high price point, where part of the decision is how the room feels before you sit down in it. Most of the first screen goes to the interior photography and the copy stays short enough to read in one pass.
General family practice Kansas
A long-established practice whose traffic is mostly returning patients rather than new ones. The three things those patients come back for, new patient forms, paying a bill and financing, are in the top bar instead of buried in the main navigation.
What the six have in common
Very little, visually, and that is the point. What they share is the method. Before any layout work we read the business: who walks in, what they are anxious about, what they ask on the phone, and what the current site makes them hunt for. The design then puts those things where a person scanning on a phone will hit them first.
Everything on each page is that business's own. Their name, address, phone number, hours, services, people and photography where usable photography exists. Where an image had to be sourced or generated, it is generic by design and never captioned as their premises, their staff or their customers.
All six are hand-written HTML and CSS. No page builder, no theme licence, nothing that has to keep being paid for. A client who stops working with us keeps the files and can hand them to anyone.

The audit is free and the design preview comes before any payment. You will be looking at your own name and your own services, not one of these.
