Services
Design is always first, because the search work has nothing to send people to until the site itself gives them a reason to stay.
Website design and build
Most of the sites we audit fail in the same three places. They look a decade older than the business actually is. They are painful to use on a phone. And the thing the visitor came for, a phone number, the opening hours, whether you cover what they need, is three clicks deep. We design outward from those.
You get a working preview before you commit to anything. If it does not win you over, you owe us nothing and we part on good terms.
- Home, services, about and contact at minimum, plus whatever else your business actually needs
- Built for the phone first and checked at real phone widths
- Booking, forms and contact interfaces designed and ready to connect to the tools you already pay for
- Hand-written HTML and CSS, so pages open fast and there is no builder licence to renew
- Your real content throughout, including your own photography wherever you have something usable
- Help getting it onto your hosting when you are ready to go live
Local SEO
If your customers search with a place attached to the query, the question is narrow: when someone a few miles away looks for what you do, do you appear in the three results they will actually read?
That comes down to a set of fundamentals, most of which are dull. Businesses usually have several of them broken at once, and fixing those is worth more than any single clever tactic.
- Technical audit and fixes: speed, crawlability, mobile usability, broken and duplicated pages
- Google Business Profile set up properly and kept current
- On-page content and metadata built around the terms people near you actually type
- Citation and directory consistency, so your name, address and phone match everywhere they appear
- Structured data for services, hours, location and staff
GEO, or AI search visibility
Generative Engine Optimization is the work of being the business an assistant names. Someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini to recommend a plumber, a clinic or a studio in their area and gets two or three names back. There is no results page, no click, and no report afterwards telling you that you were left out.
It rewards clarity and consistency over keyword density, which puts it closer to good writing than to old-school SEO. We treat it as part of the same job, since most of the fixes serve both.
- Service and FAQ pages written to answer the questions people actually put to an assistant
- Content structured so a model can quote it accurately instead of paraphrasing it wrong
- Entity consistency across your site, your profile and your directory listings
- Ongoing checks on how assistants describe your business, or whether they mention it at all
- No guarantees, here or anywhere else. Anyone selling certainty on this is guessing.
Industries
We work with businesses whose customers search locally: clinics and practices, trades and home services, studios, restaurants, professional services. The job is the same shape in all of them, and the design starts from who walks in rather than from a sector template.
Dental practices are where we have the most depth. Most of what we have built so far is dental, and it has taught us things a general playbook does not carry: that insurance is the first question a family patient has, that someone in pain will not hunt through a menu for a number, that a referral specialist is addressing two audiences on one page. If you run a practice that is useful to you directly. If you run something else, you get a studio in the habit of finding your equivalent of the insurance question before it draws anything.
Bought one of two ways
Design only. We build the site, hand it over and help you get it live. Sensible if someone already handles your search work, or if you would rather fix the obvious problem first and think about the rest later.
Design with SEO and GEO. The same build, followed by a one-month engagement monitored daily across Google and the assistants, with progress written up in language you do not need an agency to translate. A month is long enough to fix the fundamentals and see early movement. It is not long enough to promise you a position, and we will not.
