We build your new site first. You pay after you have seen it.

QuillBright designs and builds websites for businesses that depend on being found nearby, then does the local search and AI-visibility work behind them. Below is one we built.

Solo dental practice, rural New Jersey. Emergency line, review score and the appointment request all sit above the fold, because in a county with one dentist those are the three things someone is looking for.

Four more, and why each one is laid out the way it is

Most of our work so far has been dental, which is why these six are. The method holds whatever the business: work out who walks in and what they came for, then put that where a person scanning on a phone will hit it first.

Endodontics homepage with a dark photographic hero and a translucent panel listing treatments

Endodontic specialist Rhode Island

Two audiences on one page. Patients arrive frightened and looking for the words "root canal"; referring dentists arrive checking credentials. The treatment panel answers the first group, the referral line in the header answers the second.

Dental practice homepage with a dark clinical photograph and a gold serif headline naming the neighborhood

Multi-dentist group Queens, New York

Dense neighborhood, heavy walk-in traffic, several dentists sharing one profile. Address and phone run across every page in the top bar, and the neighborhood name is in the headline itself because that is what people type.

Dental practice homepage with a blue banner headline over an office photo and an insurance checker directly beneath it

Family practice Kansas

Insurance is the first obstacle for most family patients, so the insurance checker sits directly under the hero instead of three clicks into a patient resources menu. Online forms and scheduling are pinned to the header.

Dental spa homepage with a wide photograph of the interior and a serif italic headline

Cosmetic and ozone dentistry New Jersey

Elective work at a high price point, where the decision is partly about how the room feels. Most of the first screen goes to the interior photography and the copy gets out of the way.

These screenshots are anonymised. Names, providers, phone numbers and addresses are replaced with placeholders, logos are blurred, and photographs of real premises are swapped for generic equivalents. The layouts, the typography and the copy are the builds as they stand.

What we sell

Design is always first. The search work is optional and is bought as a one-month engagement on top of it.

Full detail on all three

Website design and build
A custom multi-page site using your business name, your services, your people and your photography. Hand-written HTML and CSS, so it loads fast and you can host it anywhere. You own the files.
Local SEO
Technical fixes, page structure, metadata, Google Business Profile, citation consistency and schema. The unglamorous half of the job, and the half that decides whether someone a mile away ever finds you.
GEO, or AI search visibility
Making your business legible to the assistants people now ask for recommendations. It overlaps with SEO, though the failure mode is different: there is no listing to click, so you cannot tell you were left out.

Where we have the most depth

Most of what we have built so far is dental, and that has taught us things a general agency playbook does not contain. That insurance is the first question a family patient has and belongs above the fold. That someone in pain scanning on a phone will not hunt through a menu for a number. That a referral specialist is talking to two different people on the same page.

If you run a practice, that is useful to you directly. If you run something else, what you get is a studio in the habit of asking what your equivalent of the insurance question is, before it draws anything.

Two search boxes decide this now, and only one of them shows you the score

Someone looking for a business near them gets three map-pack listings and picks one within a few seconds, mostly on how the site looks and how fast it opens. That has not changed in a decade, and for most local businesses it is still where new customers come from. If your site is slow or looks like it was built in 2012, you lose that decision before anyone reads a word you wrote.

What is new is the customer who never opens a results page. They ask an assistant to recommend someone in their area and take the two or three names it hands back. That answer gets assembled out of content the model can read and cross-check: clear service pages, details that match everywhere they appear, plain answers to the questions people actually ask. Businesses that read well to a model get named. The others do not, and there is no impression count to tell them so.

We work on both together because most of the underlying fixes serve both. Structured, consistent, well-written pages are what the map pack rewards and what a model can quote. The differences show up at the edges, in how content is framed and in what gets monitored afterwards.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

    Audit

We go through your current site and tell you plainly what is costing you customers. Free, and yours whether or not you hire us.

  2. 02

    Design

We build a working preview using your real details. You look at it before any money changes hands.

  3. 03

    Launch

Design on its own, handed over with setup help. Or design plus a month of search work around the launch.

  4. 04

    Report

For search clients, daily checks on rankings and on how assistants describe you, written up in plain language.

Send us your current site

We will audit it and show you what we would build instead. It costs nothing and there is nothing to sign.

We reply within one business day, usually with the audit attached rather than a request for a call.
